About Us

We are Anne and John of Ella Drinks. We have been making Bouvrage for nearly 20 years. The original plan was to take our wonderful raspberries growing in Scotland during such a short season and offer that wonderful flavour in a drink all year round. We have not deviated from that plan, and we still have a unique product quite unlike the concentrate based products from many countries. What we never realised at the beginning was the value of these fruits as healthy ingredients in the diet. Thus we are very pleased to share the goodness as well as the fabulous flavour.

Our 100% Apple juice Angus Apples is available in glass bottles.  We also have Apple and Rhubarb juice plus Apple and Elderflower. All to be found under Angus Apples collection.
